This is a Virtual Tour created from line drawings from a builder, where there is nothin constructed on ground.  The Virtual tour is created with the help of 3D Rendered drawings  created from the Floor Plans.  This has a tremendous advantage over a 3d walkthrough which is created as the latter has a low attention plan, low retention and the viewer cannot interact with the video. In such a tour many many information in term of materials to be used, measurement information, Videos, etc can be included as hotspots.
